The guidelines below outline AutoZone's charitable giving practices. An Eligibility Quiz must be completed to determine if nonprofit organizations are eligible for a contribution from AutoZone. Nonprofit organizations requesting contributions must review and confirm understanding of the guidelines listed below before completing the eligibility quiz.
AutoZone's Charitable Giving Guidelines
AutoZone's charitable program is designed to support 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations through:
Qualified organizations are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt.
AutoZone does not make charitable contributions to the following causes and organizations:
Request Charitable Contribution
Follow the steps below to submit requests.
Once an organization is confirmed as eligible, the requestor receives access to the appropriate application form. Complete the form and follow the directions.

Deadlines for submitting requests are listed below.
Greater Memphis Grants - The application for fiscal year 2017 (September 1, 2016 August 31, 2017) will be available March 1, 2016. The application deadline is May 1, 2016.
ArtsZone Grants - Funding for arts organizations is administered through a partnership with ArtsMemphis. For more information, visit ArtsMemphis.org.
United Way and In-kind Giving - Proposals are considered throughout the year. A lead time of at least 2 months, prior to your program or event, will allow us to give timely consideration to your request.
